We collect customer information in an effort to enhance your shopping experience and to tell you about our products, services, and promotions. Weeones.com uses customer information responsibly. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. If, at anytime you wish to be taken off of our Email list, please write to us at info@weeones.com. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for us to remove you.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

We ship via UPS. Please allow 5 business days for processing and 3-7 business days shipping UPS ground. Business days are Mon-Thurs excluding public holidays.

Orders shipped outside of Missouri and Texas will not be charged sales tax. Orders shipped within Missouri and Texas will be charged 7.55% and 6.25% sales tax respectively.

Sorry, but at this time we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

Freight charges on orders shipped outside of the continental United States are $14 for 4 pounds and under. Orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Wee Ones will refund cost of item(s) to the same credit card used for original purchase. Wee Ones does not refund shipping charges.

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above return policy requirements will not be credited.

Return Procedures

STEP 1 - Pack the merchandise to be returned.

STEP 2 - Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.

STEP 3 - Attach the return label provided with your package to the outside of the box and send it back to us.

STEP 4 - When we receive your return package we will e-mail you a reply with the status of your return. Your request will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, provided it meets all of the above requirements.

Exchanges

At this time exchanges cannot be processed through our webstore. If you need a style in a different size or color, you will need to re-purchase the correct item. Then, simply follow the return procedure described above for the item you are returning.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 12 noon, central standard time will ship within 5-10 business days pending availability of product and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing on the next business day.
